I think it’s incredible that Tractor Supply offers these veterinary services. Having an affordable option for simple vaccinations, like rabies, is such a great resource for pet owners and can save people from having to pay significantly more at a traditional veterinary office. However, my experience today was frustrating because the information provided online was misleading. The website specifically states that no appointment is needed and that the clinic is walk-in only. I drove 30 minutes with my dog and intentionally arrived only 20 minutes after the clinic opened to make sure I wasn’t too late. I then waited in a fairly long line, which actually moved along pretty quickly, only to reach the front and be told that I needed an appointment. I’m fairly certain the same thing happened to the group in front of me, as they were also turned away and left immediately. I completely understand that availability may depend on how many vaccines are on hand or how busy the clinic is, but this needs to be communicated clearly online. If appointments are required depending on availability, the website should say something along the lines of “Walk-ins welcome based on vaccine availability;

Staff here are great. Everyone is very friendly and they are always willing to help. They are very friendly to my dog Elmo when he goes for his bath time in the back!! Great place to wash the dog and mine is 140lbs!!!

I’ve always enjoyed shopping at Tractor Supply because the stores typically have a friendly atmosphere and a strong sense of American pride. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was the complete opposite. An employee named Dee was incredibly rude from the moment I asked for assistance with the dog tag engraving machine. At first, she basically ignored me.. pretending not to hear me. Then ahe looked at me like I was inconveniencing her, even though there was no line and she wasn’t helping anyone else. I genuinely didn’t understand why she seemed so annoyed. Later, I asked if the store carried a specific fertilizer, and instead of offering to help or even point me in the right direction, she essentially told me to go look for it myself. Customer service like this is disappointing, especially at a store I’ve always enjoyed shopping at. One unpleasant employee can completely change an otherwise positive experience. I hope management addresses this, because customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.

I've always loved TS still do just a little disappointed in the dog washing station it was very dirty and dog hair everywhere! I was kinda thankful my dog wouldn't get in the bathing tub. It could be from the last person who used it but still long dog hair everywhere and all in the brushes tubs. Just my own personal experience. ✌🏻

I don't know any place around where you can walk in with your dog, take him in the back, and get him washed. Then buy some baby chickens! The staff there are genuinely friendly, and you can find just about anything in there, from( like I said above) baby chicks, to automotive equipment.
